Statutory / External Audit

Mandatory annual audit for all registered companies under the Companies Act 1994. The auditor expresses a positive opinion on whether financial statements present a "true and fair view" in compliance with BFRS or BFRS for SMEs. Only ICAB-licensed practising CAs may sign audit reports.

MFI / NGO-MFI Audit
