Create a professional email (firstname.lastname@gmail.com). This will be your login for ChatGPT and Claude.
Search smartly: use specific words. Instead of "loan problem" try "Grameen Bank loan recovery solution".
Install Chrome browser, Gmail app. Enable sync so you can access tools from phone when not at desk.
Each participant creates a Gmail account if they don't have one. Log into Google. Search for "Grameen Bank Annual Report 2024". Open the first result. Practice scrolling and clicking links.
Password safety: Never use "12345" or your name. Use a mix like "GB_Zone07#2026". Write it down safely and never share it.
